Dr. Kraig Sproles, Superintendent of the Bethel School District in Eugene, Oregon, joins us to discuss the dynamics of navigating a school district's community "Soil" (reference to our framework) when it comes to equity. We discuss several components to this challenge and opportunity--including the differences between equity, equality, and fairness.
